Find.to is a location sharing service that allows users to:
- Create location requests to find people who need assistance
- Share GPS coordinates with trusted individuals
- Receive location information from others

User Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You may not share your login credentials with others
- You can terminate your account at any time
Acceptable Use

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIND.TO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Errors or inaccuracies in location data
- Loss of location data or requests
- Unauthorized access to your account
- Service interruptions or downtime
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Find.to harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Termination
- We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms
- You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
- Some provisions may survive termination as specified in these Terms
