Få styr på de væsentligste regler om digital tinglysning af rettigheder over fast ejendom Bogen gennemgår tinglysningslovens ejendoms- og rettighedsbegreber og deres sammenhæng med udstykningsloven og anden lovgivning, herunder de helt nye regler om registrering af bygninger på fremmed grund. Desuden behandles tredjemandsproblemer vedrørende omsætning af fast ejendom med hovedvægten lagt på sikringsakter, prioritets- og gyldighedsvirkning. Bogen er målrettet undervisningen på universiteter og højere læreanstalter, og dens emnevalg er fokuseret mod de praktisk vigtigste regler Målgruppe Bogen er målrettet studerende, men den vil også kunne være til nytte for advokater og andre praktikere, der arbejder med tinglysningsspørgsmål, da bogen bl.a. beskriver nyere retspraksis om de udvalgte emner. Mathias Malling Mortensen har aldrig mødt sin farfar, den anerkendte maler Richard Mortensen. På trods af at farfarens malerier fyldte væggene i Mortensens barndomshjem, blev der aldrig talt om ham, på grund af en dyb konflikt mellem faren, Finn Hauberg Mortensen, og Richard.
