Kanaria kutsuu, Ljudbok

Onneksi Reettaa on kohteessa vastassa matkaoppaana työskentelevä serkku Essi Piirto – yhteinen loma Kanarian auringon alla on omiaan, jos haluaa jättää miesmurheet taakse. Aurinkoranta on kuitenkin liian pieni riitautuneelle pariskunnalle, eikä kommelluksilta vältytä.“Kanaria kutsuu” on viihdyttävä rakkausromaani vuodelta 1994.Elsa Anttila on kirjailija Jorma Kurvisen (1931–2002) salanimi. Kurvinen tunnetaan erityisesti "Susikoira Roi" -nuortenkirjasarjasta. Kurvinen julkaisi myös aikuisten romaaneja. Kafuri, E-bok

Mies ja nainen ovat rakastuneet. He eivät saa tarpeeksi toisistaan. He viettävät päivät iho ihoa vasten ja kuuntelevat, mitä toisella on sanottavanaan. Seksi on todellista yhteenliittymistä, sanatonta keskustelua. Istutaan lattialla ja juodaan viiniä, kaikki tuntuu elämää suuremmalta. Kafuri tarkoittaa etelä-amerikkalaisen qarochi-alkuperäiskansan kielessä inspiraatiotilaa, jossa looginen ajattelu väistyy ja runot saavat nousta tietoisuuteen. Samalla kafuri tarkoittaa myös eroottista ekstaasia.Miehellä ja naisella on nyt molemmat. Rakkaus tuottaa aistirikasta kieltä – Heimo Pihlajamaan Kafuri on kaunista ja todentuntuista luettavaa.Kirjailija Heimo Pihlajamaa (s.1936) voitti Valtion kirjallisuuspalkinnon vuonna 1969 teoksellaan Kafuri. Pihlajamaa on asunut Hollannissa 1960-luvulta lähtien.EPUB3: Reflowable

Venice's remarkable history covers its growth as an agricultural community in the nascent days of the Florida land market expansion with developers and promoters such as Bertha Honor Palmer and Dr. Fred Albee. Its growth seemed assured when the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers decided to develop it as a planned community to be a vacation spot and retirement destination. The Great Depression dashed those plans, and the city teetered on the edge of becoming a historical footnote until it was saved by two key occurrences. The Kentucky Military Institute decided to take advantage of its climate and its railroad to use it for its winter quarters. The other was based on the efforts of another local promoter, Finn Caspersen, who in the days before World War II convinced the Army that the local vacant land and year-round flying weather would be perfect for an Army Air Corps training base. These events reinvigorated the area and foretold its growth into the city known today. Author Margaret
