Per Olov Enquist (1934-2020). Per Olov Enquist, född 1934 i Hjoggböle i Bureå församling i Västerbotten, var en av Sveriges mest framstående författare. Hans stil präglades av skarpsynta observationer, där etikens principer ofta stod i centrum. Enquist tog en fil.mag. i Uppsala och var verksam som kritiker i bland annat Svenska Dagbladet och Expressen. Hans stora genombrott kom med den historiska romanen Magnetisörens femte vinter som utgavs 1964. Internationellt slog Enquist igenom 1968 med Legionärerna, som översattes till ett tiotal språk och belönades med Nordiska rådets litteraturpris. Under sin långa karriär tilldelades han ett stort antal andra priser, däribland Augustpriset 1999 för romanen Livläkarens besök och 2008 för memoarboken Ett annat liv.Industridesignern Jan Landqvist står för idé och design av Novellix bokstöd. Fotografiet som det här bokstödet är designat utifrån är taget av Ulla Montan. Bokstöden görs i småländska Gnosjö och är tillverkade i utskuren och bockad stålplåt som har behandlats med en svart, hållbar pulverlack.Måtten är 15×15 cm för porträtten och 10×15 cm för bottenplattan.
