It is quite safe to carry this knife even just in the pocket because the blade is folded inside the handle. The blade is made of 440C steel. It is a quality stainless steel alloy with rather high hardness – about 58 units on Rockwell scale. Due to the use of this metal, Ganzo 722 does not require careful care to prevent corrosion. Whereas keeping the knife clean retains its qualities. It is not a problem to sharpen the blade, even with the simplest pocket sharpeners. Ganzo 722 unfolded length is 21 cm. Of these, 9 cm is the length of the blade with universal straight sharpening the thickness of which is 4 mm from the spine. Folded blade length is 12 cm.
