The small fly must be simple, tied with carefully to swim and fish effectively despite its tiny size. A good taper and soft hair make even the smallest fly look alive. The micro tubes out-fish small hook flies anytime. Lighter and livelier, offering the flexibility to change hook size and color, they are simply the best design. Secure the loose hook with FITS tubing in S or XS. Our cross breed between Green Highlander and Silver Grey. Maybe it saw the light because we couldn’t decide which one of the classics to fish – we just love those classics. This is our absolute favourite fly for sunny weather in clear to greenish rivers. We fish these really small for the trickiest salmon. We even do a spring version “classic style” in 8-6 cm that has given us many memorable fish.
