The placement of the pads on you belt are totally up to you to decide, if desired you can even leave the back piece off. This allows for the pad set to be configured to fit all sizes of users properly. Each pad piece has three flat 60 mm wide belt loops, suitable for most thick and stiff 45-50 mm weide belts. Each belt loop has a D-ring for harness attachment, designed for our Valjas H-harness and EX-harness. The body side is made from rubberized friction fabric, it keeps the padded belt from sliding up and down and all around. The row of PALS webbing on the lower edge of each pad allows you to tie your belt and pad pieces together with pouches, resulting in a very solid package. For best effect use a belt with PALS-channels, such as our Utility belt or Combat belt of the Valjas belt system.
