95% british pork, water, salt, dextrose, nutmeg, white pepper, onion powder, sage, stabiliser, triphosphates, coriander, preservative: sodlum metabisulphite, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, filled into natural pork casings, safety warning keep raw meat separate from cooked foods, wash all surfaces, cutting boards, utensils and hands after handling raw meat, cooking instructions the following are guidelines only, some appliances may vary, remove all packaging before cooking, to grill: preheat grill to a medium temperature, grill sausages for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, to fry: gently heat a little oil in a frying pan, fry sausages over a low temperature for 12-15 minutes, turning frequently, to oven cook: preheat oven to 190°c/fan 170°c/gas mark 5, place sausages on a lightly greased baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 25-30 minutes, ensure food is piping hot and cooked throughout before serving, do not reheat, storage instructions keep refrigerated
