Clive Riordan (Robert Newton), an obsessive doctor, resolves to kill Bill (Phil Brown) when he discovers that the young man is having an affair with his wife Storm (Sally Gray). Clive lures Bill into his cellar before chaining him up and continuing with his meticulous preparations for the murder.
